4–6 business days
20% rush fee
Your order receives priority placement in the production schedule, subject to capacity and garment availability.
Rush
2–3 business days
40% rush fee
For urgent deadlines. Rush production must be approved by our team before the order is finalized.
When does the production clock start?
Your turnaround begins after all of the following are complete:
- Artwork and placement are approved.
- Payment or the required deposit has been received.
- Final quantities, sizes, colors, and order details are confirmed.
- Garments or materials are available and ready for production.
Important timing details
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping and delivery time are separate from production time.
- Large orders, complex artwork, specialty garments, embroidery, patches, oversized prints, and other specialty processes may require additional time.
- Priority and Rush availability depends on current production capacity and material availability.
- Your confirmed quote or order approval will include the final production timeline for your specific project.
