Teacher tees

Pick a soft blank, put the phrase on the front, and add a name or room number on the sleeve for a couple dollars more. Full color costs the same as one color, so nobody has to simplify the design to save money.

Polyester and triblend press cooler than cotton and we run a test piece first on bright colors, because poly dye can migrate into a light print. It is a five minute check that saves a 200 piece order.
Drop off duty and chaperones
Somebody is standing in the parking lot at 7:45 in the dark.
Crossing guards, carpool line, bus duty, field trips, ski days. High visibility is the one piece of school gear nobody thinks about until it is snowing sideways in the drop off loop.
We print these the same as anything else, with one rule: artwork never covers the reflective tape or cuts into the required background area, so logos go left chest and upper back.
Certified versus bright
The CS200 and CS401 below are certified ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 garments, which is what a district asks for when the requirement is written down.
The CSF01 hoodie is enhanced visibility, not certified. It is a good bright layer for a chaperone or a parent volunteer, and it is the wrong answer if somebody is checking for a compliance label.

The calendar
Count backward from your first day.
Blanks take about three business days to reach the shop from the vendor. Decoration is 7 to 10 business days after that. Call it thirteen business days from yes to boxes, which is under three calendar weeks.
Teton County School District posts its own start date each year, so check your building calendar. For a late August first day, the first week of August is the comfortable window and the middle of August is cutting it close. If you are already past that, ask about a rush before you assume the answer is no.

Blanks land at the shop and the order goes into the press queue.
Pick it up or we run it out to you, sorted by size so you are not opening boxes on the floor.
Reorder for the kids who missed it. No setup to pay twice, the art is already on file.
What it costs
Priced by how big the print is, not how many colors are in it.
We run everything in DTF, which has no screens to burn and no color separations. A six color mascot costs exactly what a one color word costs. Below is the price per print, per garment. The blank is added on top at the price shown on each product page.
Small is up to 4 by 4 inches, which covers a left chest, a sleeve, or a cap front. Standard is up to 10 by 12 inches, the usual front or back. Full is up to 12 by 16 inches.
Front and back is two prints. A name on the sleeve is a third. Quantity counts total prints of the same design, not shirts.

Art prep is $25 and is waived when you send print ready art. Design from scratch is $75 an hour, billed in fifteen minute increments. There are no setup fees and no small order fee.

Questions
Back to school FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt is a real order and it is quoted at the 1 to 11 rate. There is no small order fee tacked onto it.
Can we mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Toddler through 3XL and as many blank colors as you want, all in the same run. The print price is the same across the order. Only the blank price changes by garment.
Can you invoice the school or the PTO?
Yes. We can send a written quote up front and an invoice for your school, booster club, or PTO to process. If your district needs a vendor form or a specific PO format, send it with the order and we will fill it out.
We do not have artwork. Now what?
That is normal. Art prep is $25 and covers cleaning up what you have, and it is waived when you send print ready art. Starting from nothing is $75 an hour, billed in fifteen minute increments. Most classroom shirts land in the first hour.
Do you do screen printing?
That is the green circle most shops push for big batch school orders. Bring us the order anyway. We run it in DTF instead: sharper color, no minimums, no setup fees, and a softer finish. Same idea, better ride.
Can we add names or numbers?
Yes. Each name is its own print, priced by size at the rate in the table above. A roster of twenty names is twenty small prints, not a setup charge times twenty.
Can we reorder in the middle of the year?
Yes, and it is the same price per print. There are no screens to burn a second time, so a reorder of six shirts in February is not punished. Your art stays on file.
What if we are already out of time?
Ask. Standard is 7 to 10 business days and we will not pretend otherwise, but when a rush is genuinely possible we add 50 percent to the decoration line for that job and tell you straight if it will not make it.
