# 2. SHIPPING POLICY

**Turnaround**

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from proof approval to the day your order ships. That window covers getting your blanks in from the supplier, which takes about three days, printing in house, and a final look before it goes out.

Turnaround is counted in business days and starts at proof approval, not at checkout. If you place an order and we are waiting on artwork or an approval from you, the clock has not started.

**Rush orders**

If you need it faster, ask before you order. Some jobs can be rushed and some cannot, depending on blank availability and what is already on the press. Rush is quoted per job and is not a standard service.

**Shipping cost**

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States.

**Local pickup and delivery**

We are a Jackson shop and we serve Wilson, Teton Village, South Park, and the greater Jackson area. Local pickup and local delivery are available by appointment. We are not a walk in storefront, so please arrange pickup with us by email or phone rather than stopping by.

**Tracking**

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved in three business days, email us and we will chase it down.

**Lost or damaged in transit**

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we reprint it. Send photos of the damage and the packaging to projects@theprintshopjh.com. See the refund policy for the full process.

**Wrong address**

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong and the package comes back to us, we will reship it once you cover the second shipping cost. Please double check your address, especially unit and PO box numbers.

**Outside the United States**

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you need international delivery, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
