**Who we are**

This site is operated by The Print Shop, a custom apparel and garment printing shop based in Jackson, Wyoming. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean The Print Shop. "You" means the person or business placing an order.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**Orders and pricing**

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and send your proof. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for artwork we cannot legally print, pricing errors, or blanks that turn out to be unavailable. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices on this site can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout.

Blank garment availability comes from our suppliers. Occasionally a color or size sells out between your order and our purchase order. If that happens we will contact you with the closest alternative before printing anything.

**Artwork and proofs**

You must own the rights to any artwork, logo, name, or image you send us, or have permission from the person who does. By sending us artwork you confirm you have those rights, and you agree to cover any claim brought against us arising from printing it. We will not print artwork that infringes a trademark or copyright, and we may decline any job on those grounds.

We send a proof before printing. Approval is yours to give, and approval is what starts production. Once you approve, you are responsible for what is on the proof, including spelling, sizes, quantities, and placement.

Artwork we create for you remains our property until the order is paid in full. We may show work we produced in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

**Color**

Screens are not shirts. Colors on your monitor will not match printed ink exactly, and printed color can shift slightly between fabric types and dye lots. We match as closely as the process allows, but a color difference within a reasonable range is not a defect. If exact color matching matters for your job, tell us before we print and ask for a physical sample.

**Payment**

Payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

**Tee of the Month Club subscription**

The Tee of the Month Club is a recurring subscription. Key terms:

- $29 per month, billed automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Shipping is included in the United States.
- One original design per month, chosen by us. Members do not select the design.
- You choose your size at signup and can change it from your account.
- You may pause or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing projects@theprintshopjh.com. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that month's charge. Once a month is billed and the shirt has shipped, that month is not refundable.
- Prepaid 3 month and 6 month memberships are paid in full up front and do not renew automatically. Prepaid memberships are not refundable once the first shipment goes out, and the remaining months will still ship.
- We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days notice by email. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

**Gift memberships**

Prepaid memberships can be purchased as gifts. After you order, we will email you to collect the recipient's size and shipping address.

**Site content**

Everything on this site, including artwork, photographs, designs, and copy, belongs to The Print Shop or is used with permission. You may not reuse it without our written permission.

We try to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is current or error free. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

**Limitation of liability**

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or costs arising from a delayed delivery. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under Wyoming law.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.

**Changes to these terms**

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order
