Decoration method

Patches are made in house and pressed or riveted onto the cap. Patches run one standard footprint, 3.5" wide by 2" tall. Any shape or artwork inside that footprint costs the same, so a custom outline is free. Pick where they go below.

Placement

Cap prints run Hat front (3" x 5.5"). Pick every spot you want decorated. Each spot is priced on its own.

Decoration is priced per spot, per cap. Front and back counts as two. Quantity price breaks count total spots, so a team order earns the break across the whole run.

The details. 100% cotton front panels, 100% polyester mesh back, precurved visor, unstructured low profile, seven-position snapback closure. The embroidered New Era flag sits on the left side, so decoration goes on the front panel. Five colorways, all with a stone mesh back. One size fits most.

Priced as a blank. Embroidery, patch, or DTF decoration is quoted separately. New Era requires every cap be decorated before it leaves, so this one does not ship plain.
