Printing is priced per placement, per garment. Front and back counts as two. Quantity price breaks count total placements, so a team order earns the break across every size.
Four hours, ninety hats, and twelve designs. This is the one that covers a wedding without anybody standing in line long enough to check their phone.
Patches are cut and staged here first, so the day itself is only pressing. Guests pick a hat, pick a patch, pick a rope, and walk off with something nobody else at the party has. A second set of hands works the table through the rush so the front of the line never becomes the story.
What is included
- 4 hours on site, one station, one operator plus a second hand through the busy stretch
- Up to 90 finished hats. Richardson 112 with a laser cut leather patch, or a foam front trucker with full color DTF
- Up to 12 patch designs, yours or drawn here
- Rope color and patch placement chosen by the guest at the table
- Travel, setup, and teardown anywhere in Teton County
- Everything hauled in and hauled back out
Add on
- Additional finished hats, $42 each

Artwork
Art prep is $25 and is waived on print ready vector files. Original design bills at $75 per hour in 15 minute increments, quoted and approved before anyone starts drawing.
Booking
Booking this holds your date. We confirm availability within one business day and refund in full if we cannot cover it. Patches are cut and weeded before we load the van, so artwork locks three weeks before the date.
