Corduroy season starts before the aspens turn. Sixteen wale cotton corduroy across five mid profile panels, a 5mm rope over the brim, and a plastic snap in back. It reads vintage without trying, and it is the hat people ask about on the chairlift.
The details. Four corduroy colors in 100 percent cotton with a structured firm front panel, plus four cotton twill colors in the same shape if you want the summer version. Pre curved visor, plastic snap closure, standard cotton twill sweatband, adult one size fits most. The firm front panel takes a laser engraved leather patch cleanly, which is the decoration this hat was born for. DTF works too, though corduroy ribbing gives fine line art a texture, so let us proof it first.
