The details. Six panel, low fitting, unstructured soft front with mesh side inserts and a polyester pongee shell. Moisture wicking antibacterial sweatband, black undervisor, two rows of stitching on the bill, quick release hook and loop closure. Nine colors. Two things to know before you send art: the front panel has no buckram behind it, so keep the design under about four inches wide or it wrinkles when the crown relaxes, and the polyester shell needs a cooler press and a test piece before we run the batch. DTF is the right call here. Heavy embroidery puckers on an unstructured front.
