Decoration is priced per spot, per cap. Front and back counts as two. Quantity price breaks count total spots, so a team order earns the break across the whole run.
We print everything we sell. This blank is not sold on its own. Tell us what goes on it and you get one price for the whole job, garment and printing together.
The rope cap people actually reach for. Five panel mid profile with a 5mm rope across the front, a structured firm front panel that holds its shape, and a plastic snap so it fits whoever grabs it off the shelf. Coyote Brown, Cactus Green, and Mustard Green put it in the same family as the hats you see on the pathway in October.
The details. T4 polyester twill, 100 percent polyester, with a heavier cotton-like hand and a tight anti static weave that keeps jobsite dust from settling in. Six sewn eyelets, pre curved visor, gray undervisor, black micro mesh moisture wicking sweatband. Adult one size fits most. The firm front panel and full buckram make this one of our better canvases for a laser engraved leather patch, and DTF sits clean on the twill.
